Piękne. Podziwiam Twoje i Twoich kolegów prace. Zauważam że teraz jedyna przyszłość w grafice to 3D, szybko, tanio i pieknie. :)

Why do things Japanese way?
Maybe there is better approach: [link]

Those guys great at photo stuff, why do 3d if you can shoot it?
At least in Hollywood if they can shoot real thing - they shoot real
thing.

Not trying to teach someone anything here, just don't understand.

On work itself, quality is great, idea is very good too!

it's simple my friend. it's cheaper.
it would be more expensive for the client to pay for a shoot.
especially one like this.

Oh, something is really wrong here... But of course if this is cheaper
this explains it. It is just a lot cheaper to take an actual shot here
(where I live), rather than make photoreal 3d and post-proc it in Ps.

i know what you mean but it's not just an object shoot.
you need the models, place, clothing and so on.
but anyway i can't be sure.

Since we do a lot of shooting I know that studio shot with light models clothes ect. is way more expensive,
but this level of 3d will cost a lot more around here. Plus they could use only 1 model of a man and there is
no need for make up and professional body build and pretty face. But I guess guys know better what they do.

I think it would be much more expensive and in some parts more time taking to create a shoot (the main problem would be to get the outfits or even the F1 tools for switching tires on the floor). In the situation where client would like to proceed with shoot, you would need to design and create an actual blue costume - I'm not sure if it's available for agency to get one of these right away and if that kind of blue ones even exist. If you look at F1 Marcedes clothings they are white/red.

After all even it would need to be only one guy that is photographed in
different poses and still you need loads of time to put everything together in Ps and retouch.

Another thing is that using a CGI you have more control over it. You can change the lightning, texture.
When you make a photoshoot you get only few shoots and if there's need for a bigger change you need to be smart.

:-)

Thanks for explaining it man! It makes perfect sense now.
Our photo sessions are a lot easier to manage in terms of requisite,
so I guess situation is very different here. We usually think out
what we need for ourselves so we have chance to actually check
if we have everything available for our idea. If not - we think
something else. Plus we shoot in our studio so it is usually not a problem
to reshoot something, takes some money, but not critical.
And yes I agree, when you've already modeled proper 3d stuff,
flexibility is infinite.
